Campers’ frequently asked questions

You may complete your reservation for the next season on-site or by telephone (and online starting in mid‑September) beginning in June. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us at 450-469‑2524.

Yes. A non‑refundable deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required. It is payable by credit card, debit card or in cash.

Campers may arrive at 1 p.m. Early arrival fees may apply if you arrive before 1 p.m. at a rate of $3/hour.
Departure time is also 1 p.m. Fees of $3/hour may apply if you request a late departure. We invite you to check and see if your campsite is available for late departure. You may also move your equipment to the parking area and then pay for a late departure. To do so, please visit the welcome desk for more information!

If you are meeting someone at their campsite, visitors must leave the site before the curfew at 11:30 p.m.

Other visitors must respect the opening hours of picnic areas, which are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Campsites with services are 35 feet by 70 feet (pull-through).

Sites without services are 40 feet by 40 feet.

Children under 18 may sleep in a small tent (2 or 3‑person tent only) at no additional cost. A fee may be required for additional adults.

No. Only 1 equipment per site is allowed in order to respect the tranquility of neighbouring campers.

Those with services are not. There are a few trees on the sites, but they are not considered wooded.

For sites without services, they are 80% wooded.

Unfortunately, pets, including dogs, are not allowed on campground property.

Yes! For your pleasure and refreshment, we have various aquatic options. At the campground, you have access to a heated pool, water games, water slides and a beach surrounding an artificial lake. Our water zones are carefully maintained and supervised by a team of qualified lifeguards.

  • Pool and beach opening: the Saturday before the Saint‑Jean‑Baptiste holiday (June 24)
  • Closing: Labour Day (1st Monday in September)

Please note that opening times and services may vary depending on the weather and lifeguard availability. We invite you to review the schedule when you make your reservation.

Yes, during opening hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., our water zones are supervised by our team of lifeguards who are present to ensure swimmer safety. Children must be accompanied by an adult when swimming. Lifeguards reserve the right to refuse access to the beach or pool if children are unable to swim.

Because our lifeguards go back to school in mid‑August, opening hours at the beach and pool may vary after this time during the week. We invite you to review the schedule when you make your reservation.
